Willingdon Road Eastbourne Regeneration

Our project at Number 4 Willingdon Road represents a transformative vision for sustainable urban development. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this initiative will convert a once-derelict commercial property into a modern residential building featuring seven self-contained flats. Designed with an emphasis on sustainability, the development incorporates eco-friendly materials, solar panels, and advanced insulation to ensure energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
